CLES PTA Silent Auction
Silent Auction:
THANK YOU to the CLES PTA Spring Fair Committee for leading a super successful Spring Fair yesterday! The Spring Fair Committee put hundreds of hours into planning this event, and worked incredibly hard to organize ticket sales, food, silent auction, crafts, face painting, and games/activities.
THANK YOU also to every person to donated their time to making sure all of our planning came to fruition, despite the heat. Thank you to our First Aid volunteers, who were much busier than ever before! Thank you to every parent and student who ran games, so we didn't have to close down a single game the whole time. Thank you to those who showed up early and stayed late to do all the hard work of setting up and taking down ALL those tables, tents, and equipment. And thank you to our 1st VP who unbelievably put on that sweat-inducing Splash costume three times to entertain our kiddos.
We welcome feedback about the fair, and hope you all enjoyed! Consider volunteering on our PTA and Spring Fair Committee next year!!

CLES Spring Fair Silent Auction
After a two year break, welcome to the CLES PTA Spring Fair Silent Auction!
Proceeds from the Silent Auction will help fund our various educational and school support programs, including cultural arts, social activities, Health & Wellness Committee activities, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee activities, teacher support and staff appreciation, as well as numerous community service and outreach activities.
For the first time, we will be holding our Spring Fair Silent Auction online. Items will be on display at the Spring Fair on May 21, but you do not need to come to the Spring Fair to bid. Instead, you will use this online auction site.
NOTE: The auction platform charges 7.5% for hosting and providing us technical assistance in setting up the auction. All bids and donations will incur an extra 7.5% charge. So bear that in mind if you bid or donate!
The auction will close at 1:00 pm. At 1:05, all auction winners will be notified by email. Checkout / Pick up of physical items will begin at approximately 2:00 pm (to allow us time to organize and have an orderly checkout.)
Restrictions on the auction item will be included in the auction item description or on the item itself. All items are "as-is." You must be 21 or older to bid on auction items that contain alcohol. If the auction item contains alcohol and you win, the person picking up the item must also be 21 or older.
Non-physical items (such as e-certificates) will be emailed to the email address provided at the time of check out. Please provide us time to email both you and the donor.
For Staff Experiences: Please be sure to accurately provide the name of the child and their grade/homeroom who will be receiving the staff experience.
